Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus currently offered at pa999 is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
6.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only
- Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25 times
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw the ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered
- Example: ৳22,000 deposit → bonus capped at ৳15,000 → total balance ৳37,000
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus
6.2 General Bonus Rules
- Once a bonus has been added to your account, it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met
- A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active
- pa999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of fraud or misuse
- Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
6.3 VIP Program
The pa999 VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play and betting activity.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pa999:
7.1 Betting Decisions
Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Every bet is final and binding. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be returned to the account.
7.2 Sports Betting
A variety of markets are available for sports betting. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. pa999's specific rules apply in the case of postponed or abandoned events.
7.3 Casino Games
All casino games are operated and verified by third-party software providers. Games are conducted under a fair play policy. Gaming history is stored in the account log, and server records will be considered final for the purpose of resolving disputes.
7.4 Live Casino
Live casino games allow you to play with real-time dealers. A stable internet connection is required to participate in live games. pa999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a disconnection.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pa999. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited:

- Colluding or conspiring with other users to commit fraud

- Operating another person's account without their permission
8.1 Fraud Detection

Account Suspension and Closure

10.3 Handling of Funds Upon Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance and any pending bonuses may be forfeited. However, if the account is closed at the user's own request, any valid balance will be returned.
Limitation of Liability
pa999 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, pa999 will not be liable in the following circumstances:
- Losses caused by issues with the user's own internet connection
- Unexpected technical errors or server downtime (although efforts are made to keep this to a minimum)
- Losses resulting from the user's negligent handling of their account information

11.1 Limitation on Indirect Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa999 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if the possibility of such damages was forewarned in advance.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, please first contact our support team. If the matter cannot be resolved through the support team, the issue will be escalated for formal review. Server logs and database records will be considered final evidence in all disputes.
Changes to Terms
pa999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms at any time. Registered users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
12.1 Notice of Changes
When any significant changes are made to the Terms and Conditions:

- A notification may be sent to the registered email address
- The effective date of the changes will be clearly stated
12.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance
